At My Design Alchemy, our primary services are design-based and do not usually involve the shipment of physical goods. However, in cases where physical items are required, the following shipping policy applies.

• For lost shipments, resolution will depend on the courier provider’s investigation and policies.

• We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Non-Returnable Items

• Shipped items such as samples, customized materials, or printed documents are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged in transit.
